1. Sponsor

The Ziza’s 50th Birthday Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Sanai Scents (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is being offered in celebration of founder Ziza L. McMillan’s 50th birthday and as a special thank-you to the Sanai Scents community.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins September 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends September 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

All eligible entries must be received during the Giveaway Period.

Potential winners will be selected and announced on or around September 28, 2026 — Ziza’s 50th Birthday!

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors and representatives of Sanai Scents, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate.

The Perfume Making Experience prize may only be redeemed within the Metro Atlanta, Georgia service area. A winner residing outside Metro Atlanta is responsible for traveling to the applicable Metro Atlanta experience location at their own expense.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Purchasing Sanai Scents merchandise will not provide Giveaway entries, additional entries, preferential treatment or increased odds of winning.

5. How to Enter

To receive one (1) base entry, an eligible participant must complete all four of the following during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow Sanai Scents on the social media platform where the official Giveaway is posted.

2. Like the official Ziza’s 50th Birthday Giveaway post.

3. Comment “Happy 50th Ziza!” on the official Giveaway post.

4. Tag at least one friend in the comment.

Completion of all four requirements constitutes one eligible base entry.

6. Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional free entries as follows:

Share the official Giveaway post to your Story and tag Sanai Scents: +1 bonus entry.

Tag additional individual friends in separate comments: +1 bonus entry for each qualifying comment, up to five (5) additional entries.

No purchase is required to earn bonus entries.

Each additional friend must be tagged in a separate comment. Duplicate tags, spam comments, fake accounts, automated entries, fictitious identities or attempts to manipulate the Giveaway may be disqualified.

Maximum available entries per person: seven (7).

🎁 7. Giveaway Prizes

A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded with a combined Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $830.

🏆 GRAND PRIZE — ONE WINNER

Sanai Scents Luxury Curated Gift Box — ARV $500

One winner will receive a luxurious curated collection of Sanai Scents fragrance, body care, self-care and wellness products valued at approximately $500.

The collection may include body butters, body oils, fragrance oils, sugar scrub, magnesium products, bath products and other Sanai Scents favorites.

Exact fragrances, products, sizes, packaging and assortment may vary from promotional photographs based upon availability. The total approximate retail value of the prize will remain $500.

💳 SANAI SCENTS GIFT CARDS — THREE WINNERS

ARV $50 Each / $150 Combined

Three winners will each receive one $50 Sanai Scents Gift Card.

Gift cards may be applied toward eligible Sanai Scents merchandise in accordance with applicable gift-card terms and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

🌺 PERFUME MAKING EXPERIENCE — ONE WINNER

Sanai Scents Perfume Making Experience for Two — ARV $180

One winner will receive a Sanai Scents Perfume Making Experience for Two, providing complimentary admission for the winner and one guest.

The experience must be redeemed within the Metro Atlanta, Georgia service area.

The winner may choose one of the following options:

OPTION A — ATTEND

The winner and one guest may attend an eligible scheduled Sanai Scents Perfume Making Experience within the Metro Atlanta area, subject to availability and advance reservation.

OPTION B — HOST

The winner may apply the prize toward hosting an eligible private Sanai Scents Perfume Making Experience at an approved location within the Metro Atlanta service area.

The prize provides complimentary participation for the winner plus one guest.

The private-host option requires six (6) additional paid participants, for a minimum of eight (8) total participants:

Winner + 1 Complimentary Guest + 6 Paid Participants

The six additional participants are responsible for the regular applicable Perfume Making Experience price.

Transportation, lodging, parking, food, beverages, venue rental charges, if applicable, and other incidental expenses are not included.

Experience Redemption Period

The Perfume Making Experience must be scheduled and redeemed within six (6) months of the winner announcement date.

If the winner is announced September 28, 2026, the experience must be redeemed no later than March 28, 2027.

Dates and times are subject to availability and advance reservation requirements.

The prize has no cash redemption value. No cash alternative will be provided if the winner is unable or unwilling to redeem the experience within the Metro Atlanta service area and applicable redemption period.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded.

Each eligible entry has an equal opportunity for selection in the applicable random drawing.

9. Winner Selection

Potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Bonus entries increase the number of eligible entries a participant has in the drawing but do not guarantee that the participant will win.

All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

10. Winner Notification

Potential winners may be notified through social media direct message, email or another contact method associated with their entry.

Potential winners must respond within 48 hours of notification.

If a potential winner fails to respond within 48 hours, cannot be verified, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sanai Scents reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing.

⚠️ Scam Warning

Sanai Scents will NEVER require a winner to pay a fee to claim a Giveaway prize.

Sanai Scents will never request a winner’s banking password, credit or debit card number, or payment as a condition of receiving a prize.

Participants should be cautious of fake or impersonator accounts during the Giveaway.

11. Winners List

Following verification of the winners, a list of confirmed Giveaway winners will be available upon request.

12. Prize Conditions

Prizes may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.

Sanai Scents reserves the right to substitute a prize or product with an item of equal or greater retail value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes or other obligations associated with accepting a prize.

Promotional photographs are illustrative. Exact product assortment, fragrance, packaging, color, size or other product details may vary, provided the applicable advertised prize value is maintained.

Separate Sanai Scents Sales Promotion

The Sanai Scents Birthday Gift With Purchase is a separate promotional offer and is not part of the random Giveaway.

During the advertised Birthday Celebration promotional period:

The qualifying $75 purchase amount is calculated after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Limit one complimentary Birthday Gift per qualifying order/customer, unless otherwise advertised.

Birthday Gifts are available while supplies last.

Gift contents may vary based upon available inventory. Promotional gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted unless authorized by Sanai Scents.

Where permitted by law, if merchandise is subsequently returned and the return causes the original order to fall below the $75 qualifying purchase amount, Sanai Scents reserves the right to require the promotional gift to be returned.

Purchasing does not enter you into the Giveaway.

Purchasing does not provide bonus entries.

Purchasing does not increase your odds of winning.

14. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.

Sanai Scents reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, abusive, incomplete or otherwise noncompliant entries.

Subject to applicable law, Sanai Scents reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sanai Scents to announce a winner’s first name and/or social media handle in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.

Any additional use of a winner’s photograph, likeness or testimonial will be subject to applicable law and any additional permission required.

16. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta or any other social media platform on which the Giveaway is advertised.

Participants understand that information provided in connection with the Giveaway is being provided to Sanai Scents and not to the applicable social media platform.
