Terms & Conditions

By booking a perfume-making session or event with Sanai Scents, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

​

• All bookings are confirmed upon full payment.

• Payment is required to secure your date and materials for the experience.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

​

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Appointments may be rescheduled one time within 30 days of the original date, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the full booking fee.

Client Responsibility

​

• Clients must provide a clean, safe, and accessible environment for mobile services.

• Tables and seating should be available unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities at least 48 hours in advance.

Event Timing

​

• For small private perfume making events, Sanai Scents will arrive 45-hour prior to the scheduled start time for setup.

• For large perfume bar events, the Sanai Scents team will arrive two hours prior to scheduled start time for set-up.

• Delays caused by the client may shorten the overall session time.

Health & Safety

​

• Guests participate at their own risk. Sanai Scents is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of materials.

Photography & Content Use

​

• Sanai Scents may capture photos/videos during your session for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the event begins.

Intellectual Property

​

• All content, branding, workshop materials, and scent formulations provided by Sanai Scents are the intellectual property of Sanai Scents and may not be copied, sold, or reused without written consent.
