At Sanai Scents, each experience is crafted with intention, preparation, and premium materials. For this reason, all bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation/Reschedule

We understand that plans can change, and offer the flexibility to reschedule your session once within 30 days of your original appointment, provided we receive at least 48 hours' notice.

 

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the full booking amount.
